February the first has been a long time coming. It’s hard to believe that it’s only a couple weeks away!
Josh is off to school! Unfortunately the school year works differently so Josh will be ‘continuing’ in grade one.
Meanwhile Nelly and I look forward to classes starting up for us as well. It’s looking very probable that we will have a full 10 students this year 2023 school year.
Presentation Software Trials
After several years of development we are starting to feel like the presentation software we have been developing is ready to test. We are hopeful that this 2023 will see us putting it through the paces, allowing the teaching process to flow better with better interactivity. We are sure a lot of bugs will need to be worked out yet but eventually the vision is that this software will be used by 3D centres around the world!
Boba & friends
Rachel first introduced us to it. She loves boba tea. She even makes her own. We recently went to a boba tea place with the Bellot family. It was great getting back together with them after being away. Their plans were to immigrate to the US but for different reasons were unable to. So, it was great to be back together.
The Bellot family was very instrumental at helping us get the training center set up last January when they got involved in painting and getting the place looking good for classes to begin.
Landed a place to live!

We are thankful to the Lord that after much searching and prayers on behalf of many, we have finally found a place to stay that is fairly close to the training center.
Today, Friday the 20th will be moving day to our new place.
The apartment is located in a gated community which is wonderful in case we need to go somewhere for a while, we can know it will be looked after.
Although a house is nice, not having to worry about the yard and thieves getting in, is important to us so as to be focused on the task at hand.
New Training Center
It’s very exciting to see things coming together. The church found an excellent place that will serve as the training center as well as student residence.
It’s looking like we will have 10 students this year from different places of Bolivia. We are very excited to play a small role in preparing the next generation of disciple makers to Bolivia. We pray that as the “Yo Soy” church takes on a more active role, they will feel a sense of ownership and responsibility to continue the disciple maker training until the Lord’s return.
Hi Tio, nice to hear from you. Yes indeed, it is sad to see how quickly we can depart from the truth of Scripture and continue in oral traditions that many times seem right (especially if you’ve grown up in it) but they don’t align with with God’s Word actually teaches.
